Aghaghia Residential Complex
The Aghaghia Residential Complex requires a coherent identity encompassing sub-issues, spatial relationships, village management, suitable visual graphics, unified aesthetics, and, in short, initially demands a distinctive and specific DNA to provide an appropriate response in terms of aesthetic and environmental graphics for the operational period of the villa community.
The Aghaghia complex was a neighboring community within the Mehregan Villa Township, comprising users of a particular profession, forming a villa neighborhood.
In the design of this complex, an effort was made to create communal spaces such as courtyards, entrances, and also the separating walls, open-air pools that maintain privacy boundaries while sharing figure and visual affinities, while also adhering to the overall DNA of the entire township.
