The project at TAV Development Company’s headquarter involved transforming a residential villa on Kharazm Street in Shahrak-e Gharb, Tehran, into an office building for TAV. Such projects exist between renovation and construction, even in the structural aspect, adapting to the design team’s plan. Converting a residential villa property into an office space with specific needs always comes with intriguing challenges.
The overall plan devised for the TAV group offered a comprehensive perspective on the wide-ranging activities of the organization.
Spaces such as meeting rooms, employee areas, service zones, private meeting areas, and others were all designed with an interior architecture that was crafted from the design DNA for the TAV group by MESH and executed accordingly. This design DNA encompasses guidelines for lighting, materials, furniture and equipment, atmosphere, environmental graphics, staff attire, and etc. All elements are integrated into the core of the program, alongside the architectural and interior architecture aspects, as the project development stages progress.
