Ronak Garden Tower
Ronak Garden Tower – Sheikh Bahai
The Ronak Garden Tower is designed and settled in a 1,700 square meter plot within the residential context of Sheikh Bahai neighborhood. This project is among the works of MESH architecture firm, which utilizes an open diagram in interaction with the site, allowing some of its negative levels to have adequate light and views. The introduction to the complex is defined through a “bridge-void” entrance lobby facilitated by this openness.
The presence of bridge-voids, from an environmental psychology perspective, encourages unconscious bodily focus on security, inviting concentration and being present in the moment. [Dak Kopek – Environmental Psychologist]
The Ronak Garden Tower seeks to offer a new living experience within a residential complex to its users by altering certain interior micro-diagrams, such as terraces, common areas, rooftops, entrances, and courtyards. This endeavor aims to present a novel lifestyle experience to its residents.
