Design solutions for a trade center

The most paramount issue about this project was that the client knew it should be designed and constructed with commercial function. However, the details were not clear enough how to allocate the stores to different trades.

It is evident that Amin Hozour is located in an ancient district of Tehran that is generally dependent on special trade of commercial jobs. In other words, it was not apparent whether this commercial function will be allocated to a particular trade or the shops will be sold separately to different trade groups.

The proposed alternative of Mesh Architecture Office had to anticipate all the probable alternatives somehow in order to meet the essential expectations of the project. It should be taken into consideration that ancient and irregular texture adjacent to the project was a contributing factor that infused it with particular.

Having considered the other fundamental challenges which should be met successfully during the design process of Amin Hozour Trade Center, they can be categorized as follows:
