According to the project’s program, two time-sharing towers and one hotel tower in addition to commercial and ancillary spaces were designed on a footprint of 130,000 square meters. The idea behind the project’s form was to create an integration of the beach, landscape, and accommodation buildings, considering the project’s proximity to the Caspian Sea shoreline (Javanroud area).
One of MESH’s achievements in this project was to add tangible value to the 5-hectare project site, to the extent that various investment groups expressed readiness to participate in the project after the design stages, and ultimately, an investment contract was signed with one of the candidate groups.
